横浜を象徴するエリア、横浜市中区。神奈川県の県庁所在地でもあり、横浜のシンボルと言える多くの歴史的な建造物がこの中区には点在します。そしてこの中区は四季を通じて至るところ、港からの優しい潮風に揺れる実に多くの花々に飾られます。そしてそんな中区に咲く花々の色彩をイメージした色鮮やかな作品を集め、「横浜銀嶺彩色」と名打ちましたカテゴリーを創りました。この色艶やかなスパークル系の発色は、入手の非常に困難なナノシリカ / アクリル樹脂による無機有機系特殊ハイブリッド塗料を何層も塗り重ねる事により実現を致しております。またこの特殊塗料が形成する最終塗膜は高硬度8Hを有しており、更に防汚性に優れた高度の超撥水・超撥油性機能も付与されております。やや大ぶりの角皿に配された色彩のイメージとしては、まさに真夏の山下公園の花壇でありまして、そこはいつも色とりどりの小花達に埋め尽くされております。

Yokohama Ginrei Colors – Inspired by the Blossoms of Naka Ward
Naka Ward, Yokohama — a district that symbolizes the spirit of the city. As the heart of Yokohama and the location of Kanagawa Prefecture’s capital offices, Naka Ward is home to many of the city’s most iconic and historic buildings.
Throughout the four seasons, this area is adorned with countless flowers gently swaying in the sea breeze that flows in from the port. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant hues of these blossoms, we created a collection titled “Yokohama Ginrei Colors.”
These vividly sparkling colors are achieved through the application of multiple layers of a rare, inorganic-organic hybrid paint made from nano-silica and acrylic resin — a material that is extremely difficult to source. The final coating formed by this special paint boasts an exceptional surface hardness of 8H and offers excellent resistance to dirt, along with superior water- and oil-repellent properties.
The colors on this generously sized square plate evoke the vivid summer flowerbeds of Yamashita Park, where countless small, colorful blooms are always in full display.
