龍の身体を形づくる線は、呼吸するかのように連なり、特殊塗料が金属的な輝きを与えています。銀と黒が織りなす色彩は、時間の揺らぎや空間の奥行きを思わせ、伝統と現代技術が静かに交差する世界を描き出します。
長方形の大型キャンバスには、渦巻く流れの中を龍がゆったりと昇る姿が広がり、視線は端から端へと導かれます。その伸びやかな構図は、まるで空間そのものを流れる風や雲の動きを捉えたかのよう。

The memory of the brushwork of Katsushika Hokusai has, over many years, taken on a new form within the artistic expression of Kuwai Hana. RyuZu is a contemporary “Dragon Painting” born from that memory.
The lines that form the dragon’s body flow together as if breathing, while special paints lend a metallic sheen to the surface. The interplay of silver and black evokes subtle shifts of time and depth of space, depicting a world where tradition and modern technique quietly intersect.
Across the large rectangular canvas, a dragon rises gently within swirling currents, guiding the viewer’s gaze from one end to the other. The elongated composition captures the movement of wind and clouds flowing through space itself.
With both dynamism and stillness coexisting within the image, this work stands as a piece that embodies the spirit of the RyuZu series.
