“DRAGON” is a work born from the mysterious memories of Kuwai Hana’s childhood and her ineffable spiritual experiences. The countless flowing lines of light layered within the piece symbolize the figure of a dragon not as an object of fear, but as a presence filled with compassion and benevolence. Emerging from the depths of black, the blue-violet luminous glow—reminiscent of fluorite crystals—embodies a quiet strength and clarity, revealing different expressions depending on the viewer’s angle and distance. UNDULATION’s distinctive layered approach creates a sense of temporal and perceptual depth, inviting viewers to engage with their own memories and inner sensibilities.
