この度、UNDULATIONでは未来を支えるためのチャリティーオークションを開催いたします。
熱情を伴った心象的な表現と共に、望みと願いを作品の中に込めシンボライズする。 そのUNDULATIONの使命を、今回のチャリティーというかたちで表現しました。 感情の高まりではなく、立ち止まり、考え、選ぶことそのものが、誰かの未来へとつながっていくことを願っています。
本オークションの収益は、あしなが育英会へ寄付されます。同会は、病気や災害などで親を亡くした子どもたちを支援し、高校・大学への進学を長年にわたり支えてきた団体です。未来へとつながる学びを支援したいという想いから、本チャリティーの寄付先として選定しました。

落札金額の一部が「あしなが育英会」に寄付されます。
あしなが育英会は、病気や災害などで親を亡くした子どもたちへの支援活動を長年にわたり行い、特に高校・大学への進学支援を通じて未来への学びを支えてきた団体です。

■落札後の流れ
①落札された方には、オークション終了後にお支払いについてのご連絡をメールにてお送りさせていただきます。
②入金確認後、作品のお届けについてご連絡させていただきます。
■注意事項
・同額の入札があった場合の取扱いは、先着順とします。
・入札は、主催者が定める方法および期限内に行うものとします。
・一度行われた入札は、主催者が認める場合を除き、取消・変更はできません。
・主催者は、明らかな不正入札があったと判断した場合、当該入札を無効とすることがあります。
・落札者は、落札金額および必要な手数料等を、主催者が指定する方法・期限内に支払うものとします。
・支払期限までに支払いが確認できない場合、落札は無効となることがあります。
・お支払いいただいた金額は、原則として返金できません。
・出品物は、アーティスト・クワイ華によって制作された一点物となります。

From February to March.
Graduation, advancement, and new departures—
this is a season in which many people take their next step forward.
At this turning point, UNDULATION presents a charity auction dedicated to supporting the future.
Through emotionally charged yet introspective expressions, UNDULATION seeks to symbolize hope and aspiration within each work. This charity auction is an embodiment of that mission.
Rather than encouraging momentary emotional excitement, we hope that the act of pausing, reflecting, and consciously choosing will itself become a path that leads to someone’s future.
The proceeds from this auction will be donated to Ashinaga, an organization that has long supported children who have lost one or both parents due to illness or disaster, providing educational assistance for high school and university studies.
With a shared belief in sustaining learning that leads to the future, we have selected Ashinaga as the beneficiary of this charity initiative.

Donation Details: A portion of the winning bid amount will be donated to Ashinaga Foundation.

Bidding Method
All bids will be accepted online only. Detailed instructions will be provided individually to invited participants.
After the Auction – Next Steps
1. After the auction ends, the successful bidder will receive an email with payment instructions.
2. Once payment has been confirmed, we will contact you regarding the delivery of the artwork.
Notes & Conditions
In the event of identical bids, priority will be given on a first-come basis.
All bids must be submitted in accordance with the method and within the timeframe specified by the organizer.
Submitted bids cannot be withdrawn or modified unless approved by the organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to invalidate any bid deemed fraudulent or inappropriate.
The successful bidder must complete payment, including any applicable fees, by the designated deadline.
Failure to confirm payment by the deadline may result in forfeiture of the winning bid.
Payments are non-refundable in principle.
The artwork offered is a one-of-a-kind piece created by Kuwai Hana.
