UNDULATIONのジャンルにおける本作はビンテージ風ジェットヘルメットをキャンバスに、塗装という行為そのものを時間と感情の堆積として昇華させた一点です。重ねられた塗膜は全30レイヤー。紫 / オレンジ / 緑 / イエロー、そしてまた紫… それぞれの色層が互いに干渉し、溶け合い、時に反発しながら、偶然性と必然性の合間に複雑な表情を立ち上げています。
表層に現れる模様は明確なモチーフを持たずしてなお、観る者の内面に直接触れる心象的なイメージを多層的に発出。光の角度や距離によって色彩の重なりは表情を変え、静止したヘルメットでありながら、常に揺らぎ続ける“UNDULATION（うねり）”を感じさせます。
これは単なるカスタムペイントではありません。走るための道具に、時間・感情・記憶を封じ込めた装着できるアートピース。UNDULATIONが追求する「境界の曖昧さ」と「層が生む物語性」が、最も純度の高いかたちで具現化された作品です。

Within the universe of UNDULATION, this work takes a vintage-inspired jet helmet as its canvas, elevating the act of painting itself into an accumulation of time and emotion.

The surface is built through a total of 30 meticulously layered coats.
Purple, orange, green, yellow — and purple once again.
Each chromatic layer interacts, dissolves, and at times resists the others, giving rise to a complex visual presence that exists in the delicate space between chance and intention.

Though the patterns that emerge on the surface hold no explicit motif, they nonetheless reach directly into the viewer’s inner landscape, releasing evocative imagery in multiple layers.
As the angle and distance of light shift, the overlapping colors continuously transform their expression.
Though the helmet remains still, it conveys a persistent sense of movement — an ever-present “undulation.”

This is not merely a custom-painted object.
It is a wearable art piece in which time, emotion, and memory are sealed within a tool made for motion.
