Born from childhood memories of encountering Katsushika Hokusai’s brushwork, this is Kuwai Hana’s contemporary “Dragon Painting.” The dragon’s body, composed of approximately five thousand fine linear forms, embodies movement and breath, while special paints impart a metallic sheen. The silver and black tones create a wabi-sabi atmosphere, exemplifying a harmonious fusion of tradition and modern technique. Like a dragon ascending to the heavens, it quietly awakens the inner energy of the viewer.
