Multiple layers of special paint are applied, then subjected to firing and scraping, making the accumulation of time visually perceptible in stratified form.
The surface goes beyond mere coating, continuously transformed by heat and abrasion, where accidental traces emerge as lively expressions reminiscent of natural movement.
The interplay between depth revealed through removal and the traces fixed by firing creates a tension in which stillness and motion, creation and destruction, coexist.
Each layer reveals different textures and colors, offering ever-changing expressions as it catches the light.
The process itself is inscribed within the work, compelling the viewer to sense the accumulation of time and the traces of transformation within a single piece.
